Anita Stanković (1988) was born in Niš, where she received primary and secondary music education in the class of prof. Mirjana Mladenović. She completed her piano studies at the Faculty of Arts in Niš in the class of prof. Aleksandar Serdar, and then specialist studies at the Faculty of Arts in Belgrade, at the Chamber music Department.
As a soloist and chamber musician, she has performed at whole-evening concerts at many festivals and concert halls in Serbia (Kolarac Endowment, the Gallery of Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, the Student Cultural Center Hall in Belgrade, the Union House, Niš Symphony Orchestra Hall, the Russian House Hall, the National Museum in Kraljevo,) as well as abroad (Bulgaria, Slovenia, Spain, Italy, USA).
During her education, she has wos the winner of significant awards and prizes, among which the most significant are: the First prize at the “Citta di Moncalieri” competition in Italy, the Second prize at International competition “Davorin Jenko” in the category of Chamber ensembles. She has upgraded her skills at the master courses of prof. Dušan Trbojević, prof. Boris Kraljević, prof. Nevena Popović and others.
She is the scholarship recipient from the Fund for Young Talents of the City of Niš.
She has participated in the “Alexander and Buono International” Summer Music Festival, collaborateing with emminent professors and performed at the final concert in “Steinway Hall” in New York. She was engaged as the official piano accompanist of the conducting master course by prof. Petar Jermihov in Chicago, USA (2017), then the master class in Solo singing by prof. Vesna Ginovska (2022) and the master class of prof. Berislav Jerković in Niš (2023). As an official accompanist, she participated in several opera productions within the project organized by the city of Niš, as well as in the Opera Summer School in Grožnjan, Croatia, organized by Jeunesses Musicales, the opera Pannonica and Academy of Arts and Culture Osijek.
She has been employed as a Piano Associate at the Department of Solo singing at the Faculty of Arts in Niš.
