INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
Since its founding, the Faculty of Arts in Niš, has realized a successful cooperation with the related institutions and associations in the region, as well as the diplomatic missions and foreign cultural centres in Niš and Serbia. Opening of the new perspectives and the connections with the related European and international Universities is contributed greatly by the international cooperation provided by the University of Niš. It is about the agreements which the University of Niš signed with some of the most significant European and world Universities.
International cooperation with the relaated European and worl iniversities constitutes a very significant aspect of the Faculty’s educational, artistic and research policies. The Faculty is a member of the European League of Institutes of Arts (ELIA), Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen (AEC), and the International Confederation of Accordionists. Also, the Faculty implemented a student exchangee programme with York Univerity from England (2013), the project Melodies of Tolerances with Kocaeli University and Art Nicomedia from Izmir, Turkey (2013), and exxhibitions with St. Cyril and St. Methodius University in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. The Faculty maintains excellent cooperation with the Faculty of Music of the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia.
