Andjela Bratić, MA, full professor performed as a soloist with the chamber ensemble “Amoroso” from Leskovac at the opening of the 36th International Festival “Music Days” in Herceg Novi. She held a concert of contemporary Serbian music as a member of the chamber ensemble “Chamber Band” at the same festival.

On Thursday, August 29th, at 8 pm, a solo exhibition of graphic design works, of Sanja Dević, Assistant professor, entitled “A Book in Miniature” will be opened. The exhibition includes a series of twelve handmade miniature books. The exhibition will last until September 18th, 2019.

Ivana Milošević, MAS held a lecture at the Faculty of Arts
Ivana Milošević, MAS Assistant, held a lecture on the topic “Interests in Choral Music in Elementary Schools in Niš”, on Friday, 5th July 2019 at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, and presented the results of a pilot study conducted in October and November of the school year 2018/19. The research is based on a study of factors that can influence the interest in choral music in students in the second cycle of education, as well as in elementary school teachers.

Anita Milić, Associate professor and Miljana Radenković, Assistant held a one-day graphic design workshop “BE CREATIVE” on 11th July 2019 at the Center for Culture and Art in Aleksinac. A one-day lecture on design with practical work part in the form of creating ambigram, had the goal to educate young people through the game about current trends in graphic design.

Jelena Jakovljević, DA performed at the soloist’s first flute of the orchestra Makris
Jelena Jakovljević, DA, participated in the First International Competition of Conductors of the Makris Foundation. The competition was held for seven days and was rounded off with a grand final at the Great Hall of Kolarac Endowment in Belgrade. Jelena performed as a soloist – the first flute of the orchestra Makris.
