Exhibition of final works of the Department of Visual arts Master students will be opened at the Contemporary Fine Arts Gallery – Pavilion in the Fortress, on Tuesday, 25^th June 2019, at 7 pm. The following students are exhibiting their works: Aleksandar Marković, Zorica Ilić, Martina Djordjević, Jelena Djukanović, Dušan Stanojević, Milica Trajković.

Ivana Milošević, MAS, Assistant at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, conducted with Niš Chamber choir at XVI International Orthodox Music Festival of the Holy Virgin – Dostojno jest, on 9^th June 2019, in the temple of the Birth of the Holy Virgin in Pomorie, Bulgaria. The program included works by Orthodox musicians, Serbian and Bulgarian authors, and Ivana received diplomas for choir management as well as for a decent presentation at the Festival.

Concert of Nevena Miletić and Jovana Jovanović, flute students in the class of Jelena Jakovljević, with the piano accompaniment of Nikola Cvetković, will be held on Tuesday, 18^th June 2019, at 7 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjazevačka 2a. The entrance to the concert is free.

Doc. Stevan Spalević, Assistant professor, participated in the master course of legendary American pianist Steven Kovačević at Musical Center in Enschede, the Netherlands. The program included Bagatele op. 126 by Ludwig van Beethoven.

Sanja Dević, Assistant Professor and Jefimija Kocić, Assistant at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, participated inthis year’s International Triennial of Extended Media. The works of about 200 artists in Belgrade and several other cities, united under the theme “Reconciliation”, included a number of works of artistic actions, happenings, performances, film projections and video works, lectures and presentations at International Triennial of Expanded Media.

ed prof. mr Katarina Đorđević participated in the work of International Symposium “V Painting Days Vlore 2019” in Albania from 27^th May to 3^rd June 2019, at the invitation of selector Mustafa Arapi, PhD. In the attractive environment of Vlora, there were 25 eminent artists from Italy, Serbia, Kosovo and Albania. The exhibition of works on the theme “Little Rain, Little Sun”, the project of Elian Stefa, architect and designer, was opened in “Gallery by the Sea”, with a media presentation of interviews made with the symposium foreign participants. Prof. Katarina Djordjević, MA, opened the exhibition as an honorary participant with Mono Stefa, the event organizer. The works will remain in the Gallery permanent collection.

Andjela Bratić, MA, full professor held two concerts at XVI international “Alba Music Festival” in Italy on 29^th May and 1^st June, 2019. She performed at the first concert accompanied by a flute ensemble from Washington, USA, while she performed at the second concert with the chamber trio composed by Karen Johnson, flutist and Gerry Chapell, pianist.

A photograph of Teodora Nikolić, a second-year student of the program Graphic Design, Department of Applied Arts, was selected for the exhibition in the field of photography at the Interactive Art Festival “DEV9ET”, which will be held this year during 14^th – 22^nd June 2019 in Belgrade. Mentor: Miljan Nedeljković, Assistant professor.

Tadija Mutavdzic, a second-year violin student, in the class of prof. Igor Aleksić, MA, won I prize (100 points) at International “Artisti dell^, arco” competition, held in Novi Sad. Congratulations!

Exhibition of photographs “INCEPTION”, by Miljan Nedeljkovic, Assistant professor, will be opened on Friday, 14^th June 2019 at 8 pm at the City Gallery the Balkans Bridges. The item will be displayed by 1^st July 2019.
