BILJANA STANKOVIĆ, MA (1974) graduated from the Faculty of Arts in Priština in 1997 at the Department of Graphic Design. She obtained her MA degree in 2004 at the same faculty in the subject Lettering with Typography, in the class of prof. Zoran Ilić. She has worked as an assistant at the Faculty of Arts in Niš from 2005 at the subjects Lettering and Lettering Basics. Since 2007, she has thought Graphic designing and Lettering at the Department of Graphic Design at the Chemical-technological secondary school in Vranje. Solo exhibitions: the Gallery of the Faculty of Arts, Zvečan, MA exhibition, in 2004; the Gallery of National Museum in Vranje, Calligraphy (with Biljana Filipović), in 2010; the Gallery of National University of Vranje, Calligraphy, in 2011; the Gallery of National Museum in Vranje (with prof. Zoran Ilić and prof. Miroslav Živković), in 2012. Group exhibitions (selection): the Gallery of the Cultural Center in Paraćin, Niš Cultural Center, Niš, the Exhibition of the artworks from the Sićevo Art Colony, the Gallery of Cultural Center in Paraćin, Niš Drawing, Niš, the Gallery Serbia, the International Biennial of the Miniature Art, the Modern Gallery of Cultural Center in Gornji Milanovac, the Exhibition of the professors and assisstents of the Faculty of Arts in Niš, the Gallery Serbia, the participation in projects- Traveling exhibition of Cyrillic and the International calligraphy exhibition- presented at the 58th Belgrade International Book Fair. She has worked on designing and the design of books, monographs, catalogues, posters, covers and invitations.
