Aleksandar Raos, a master class student in the class of professor Aleksandar Serdar, won the Second prize at the 6th International Pianist Competition Svetislav Stančić in Zagreb, competing with six competitors in the final in the Lisinski Grand Hall. The first prize was not awarded, making Raos the winner of the competition. In addition to this prestigious award, he was also voted the best competitor by the audience, as well as by the Croatian Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra and conductor Mladen Tarbuka, with whom he will perform as a soloist at a full-length concert next season.
