II Central Balkan Arts and Games Olympiad of in Niš

II Central Balkan Arts and Games Olympiad for the Grand Prix of Mediana 2019 will be held on Sunday, 3^rd March 2019, at 10 am at the Army Hall in Niš, while the competition will take place at the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjaževačka 2a.The event is organized by the Balkan Alliance in cooperation with the City Municipality of Mediana and the World Arts and Games Alliance from Moscow, supported by the Embassies of Russia and Bulgaria, the Niš University and the Faculty of Arts in Niš, the Russian Humanitarian Center in Niš, the Land Army in Niš and other local and international organizations. Participants from five countries: Serbia, Bulgaria, Russia, Belarus and China will open the ceremony of the Olympiad with the Flag Defile. In the framework of the parade, the anthems of Serbia, Bulgaria and Russia will be played as a sign of friendship and dedication to the establishment of the Olympiad on the jubilee date, that is, on the day of the 140^th anniversary of the end of slavery under the Turks in the region.
