Ivan Novaković, MA

Ivan Novaković, MA (1976) registered at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in the class of prof. Jegor Chugaiev, and graduated in the class of prof. Svetlana Bogino, where he also obtained his MA degree. During his studies, he worked with prof. K. Bogino and prof. V. Ogarkov. He has been a winner of many prizes, among which is A Special prize for success and A Plaque for the distinguished student of the Academy of Arts. During his master studies, he worked as the Assisstant at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad at Piano-the main subject. From 2003, he worked at the Faculty of Arts in Niš as the Assisstant at the subject Piano-the main subject, and since 2011 he has been the Assisstant Professor at the subject Piano Accompaniment and Score sight-reading. He firstly performed with the orchestra when he was 15, playing Grieg,s The Concert for a Piano. He has also performed with the orchestra the piano concerts of Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, Rachmaninov and Bach’s The Concert for duo piano in ce-minor. He has held the solo concerts and the concerts with chamber ensembles in Niš, Novi Sad, Subotica, Kragujevac, Belgrade (the Gallery Artget and the Gallery of Ilija M. Kolarac Foundation), as well as in other cities of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
