Marko Milisavljević, MA (1992) finishesd his undergraduate academic studies at the study program Solo-Singing at the Faculty of Arts in Niš in 2015, in the class of prof. Aleksandra Ristić, MA, as the best solo-singing student since the founding of the Faculty. In the following year, he graduated from master academic studies – solo-singing, also as the generation best student. During his studies, he participated in many festivals and competitions where he won numerous awards. In addition to the competitions, Marko Milisavljević also has a very rich biography of concert activities. Cooperating with Niš Symphony Orchestra, he successfully performed many concerts. He has participated and worked with many conductors from the country and abroad: Milena Injac, Zoran Stanisavljević, Suzana Kostić, Ivana Mirović, Dejan Savić, Luka Testa (Italy), Basem Akiki (Lebanon – Poland), Fernando Gill Estrada (Ecuador), Kshistof Szigisz (Poland) and many others. Marko Milisavljević participated in Master courses of Ljudmila Gros, as well as world-renowned and respected tenor Zoran Todorović at the “Bolshoi” festival in Mokra Gora in Kusturica village. Marko Milisavljević is a member and a soloist of Student Cultural centre Academic Choir, Univrersity of Niš, with which he performed in the country and abroad. As a vocal soloist with the choir, he recorded performances at Belgrade Cathedral at Belgrade’s “Choirs among Frescoes” festival, as well as at festivals in Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, France, Slovenia. The performance with the famous world tenor Robert Alanya in Wroclaw, Poland, in 2016 is to be specially mentioned. His opera debut was interpreted as the youngest member of the ensemble, interpreting the title role of Dr Falke from Strauss’s Blind Mouse in the National Theater in Niš. This ensemble also performed at the National Theater in Belgrade main stage. During two years, he also interpreted the role of Don Basili from Rosini’s opera “Seville Barberin” at the National Theater in Niš. He also participated in the musical “Gypsies fly to the sky”, directed by Desimir Stanojević. Since 2019, Marko Milisavljević has been employed at the Faculty of Arts in Niš at the Department of Solo Singing as an associate.
