Forming the Orchestra joins in the program of marking the anniversary of the Edict of Milan with the main motive of tolerance and connecting various cultural contents in the Christian world. The basis of the Orchestra would make the students of the Faculty of Arts, University of Niš, and the filling of the Orchestra up to the philharmony composition would be organized on a call. Thus, several participating countries would be included in the project realization, with the emphasis on the faculties and academies of music from 6 cities connected with the life and work of Emperor Constantine. It is planned to premiere performing of the compositions, New Niš of the Danish composer Frederick Magle, who would conduct his own work, while the composition of Niš composer Dragan Tomić would conduct Milena Injac.
