The fifth national scientific conference with the international participation Balkan Art Forum- BARTF 2017 was held on 6th and 7th October 2017 in Niš. The opening ceremony of the forum took place on October 6th, 2017, at noon in the University of Niš Great Hall, where plenary lectures were held by Alexandr V. Shunkov, PhD, rector of the Kemerovo State University in Russia, and Nickos Harizanos, a composer from Athens, Greece. After that, the forum was held through several sessions at the Faculty of Arts in Niš. Within the artistic program of the forum, Ivan Brkljačić, PhD, composer (Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade) and Nickos Harizanos, MA, composer (Athens, Greece), presented their creative opuses on Friday, October 6th, 2017 in Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom.
