Students from the Department of Complementary Piano achieved success at International Piano Competition in Timisoara, which took place online on 26th and 27th March 2022, and won the following awards:
Third prize to Anastasia Sretić at 26th International Competition of Young Pianists in Šabac
Anastasija Sretić, a third-year piano student in the class of full prof. MA Dragoslav Aćimović, won the third prize at the 26th International Competition of Young Pianists in Šabac in the F category. Congratulations!
Concert of Nemanja Egerić within the Faculty of Arts Concert Season 2022
The concert of pianist Nemanja Egerić will be held on Tuesday, 12th April 2022, at 7 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert and Exhibition Space of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Knjaževačka 2a. Entrance is free, and the concert is being realized within the Competition for concert performances in 2022 in the Faculty of Arts Concert-Exhibition Space.

The Faculty of Arts in Niš won the “Organizer of the Year” award for the Faculty of Arts Concert Season, which is awarded by the renowned magazine “Musica Classica” for the year 2016. The award ceremony was held at the Museum of the National Theater in Belgrade, on Wednesday, 2nd February 2017.

Nadja Dabetić and Vito Ilić, double-bass students in the class of Assoc. prof. MA Ljubinko Lazić, and associate DA Senka Simonović, piano, will hold a whole-night concert on Monday, 11th April 2022, at 7 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert-Exhibition Space, Knjaževačka 2a. Entrance to the concert is free.
Awards to Boris Pećanac and Bratislav Djordjević at Competition of Young Pianists in Šabac
Piano students in the class of Assoc. prof. DA Stevan Spalević achieved success at the 26th International Competition of Young Pianists in Šabac, held from 25th to 27th March 2022.
Poster by Sara Popović in the official selection of International Competition “Graphic Stories” in Cyprus
Poster by Sara Popović, a master student at the Department of Applied Arts under the mentorship of full prof. DA Slavica Dragosavac and Assistant DA Jovana Nikolić, was chosen among 50 posters on the topic of Tolerance, out of 1420 works received from 45 countries from all over the world. The 6th International Poster Exhibition “Graphic Stories” opened on 18th March 2022 as an exhibition part of the 8th International Conference on Graphic Design and Visual Communications held at Frederick University in Nicosia, Cyprus. From 1st to 30th April 2022, the exhibition can be seen at the Col- legi Official de Disseny Grafic de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. Congratulations!
Exhibition of the Department of Applied Arts students in the Gallery of Niš Cultural Center
An exhibition of works by the Department of Applied Arts students in the field of spatial graphics and illustration will be opened on Tuesday, 29th March 2022, at 7 pm in the Gallery of Niš Cultural Center. The exhibition will feature works created in the study program Graphic Design, under the mentorship of Assoc. prof. MA Sanja Dević and Assistant DA Jefimija Kocić.
Second prize to Bratislav Djordjević at International Competition “Davorin Jenko”
Bratislav Djordjević, the first-year piano student in the class of Assoc. prof. DA Stevan Spalević, won the second prize (93.5 points) in D category at the XIX International Competition “Davorin Jenko” in Belgrade. Congratulations!
Awards to chamber music students at the competition in Belgrade
Chamber music students, in the class of prof. spec. Ana Veličković-Igić, achieved notable results at III International Chamber Music Competition “Olivera Djurdjević” in Belgrade.
