Concert of piano duo “D-Art”
As part of the Faculty of Arts in Niš Concert season, a concert of the piano duo D-Art, consisting of Dragana Djordjević, MA, full professor and spec. Bojan Mladenović, associate will be held on Tuesday, 31st May 2022. The program will include works by Brahms, Schubert, Poulanc and Jenader. The concert will be held in the Faculty of Arts Concert-Exhibition Space, at 7 pm. The concert is organized by the Branch of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Niš and the Faculty of Arts in Niš.
First prize to student Miljana Avramović at competition “Women in Music 2022”
At this year’s May competition “Women in Music 2022”, Miljana Avramović, a Faculty student in the class of prof. Milena Rajković, won the first prize in the category of complementary piano.
Concert of the chamber orchestra “Concertante” on Kolarac
Within the cycle of the Belgrade Promenade, a concert will be held by the Concertante Chamber Orchestra, Faculty of Arts, University of Niš with soloists Andjela Stanković and Miloš Adžić, alumni pianists and eminent artists – professors Jovan Bogosavljević and Marija Rajković, under the conductorship of prof. DA Milena Injac, on Sunday, 29th May 2022, at 11 AM. The program includes works by Bach, Saint-Saens and the premiere in Belgrade of piece by prof. Jovan Bogosavljević Diptych for two violins and strings.
Concert “Duo Concertante” within the Faculty of Arts in Niš Concert Season
The concert called Duo Concertante will be held on Friday, 27th May 2022, at 7 pm, in the Faculty of Arts in Niš Concert-Exhibition Space, where the Concertante Chamber Orchestra, consisting of the Faculty of Arts in Niš students, will perform. The orchestra will be conducted by DA Milena Injac, and the soloists will be Marija Rajković, MA, violin, Jovan Bogosavljević, MA, violin, Andjela Stanković, piano and Miloš Adžić, piano. The concert organizers are the Branch of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Niš and the Faculty of Arts in Niš. The program will include works by Bach, Saint-Saens and Jovan Bogosavljević.
First Award to student Andjela Antić at VI Sirmium Music Fest
At VI International competition of solo singers Sirmium Music Fest (27-30.04.2022) in Sremska Mitrovica, Andjela Antić, a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Arts in Niš, in the class of Assoc. prof. MA Katarina Simonović Ivanković, won the first prize (96.3 points) in category IV. Congratulations!
A Commendation to student Olga Arsić by Jury of XXI Biennial of Student Graphics of Serbia in Belgrade
Olga Arsić, a second-year student of the undergraduate studies at the Department of Fine Arts, was given a Commendation by the jury of XXI Biennial of Student Graphics of Serbia in Belgrade, on 21st May 2022. The setting of the Biennale consists of works by undergraduate and master students from all six state faculties and the Academy of Arts.
The exhibition of graphics of XXI Biennale was opened in the Grand Gallery of the Student City Cultural Center in Belgrade and will last until 4th June 2022.

Signed the first Protocol on Cooperation between the Faculty of Arts in Niš and the Local Ombudsman Office of the City of Niš and chosen a new trademark – the logo of the Local Ombudsman Office
After signing the Protocol on Cooperation on 14th February 2022, which was signed for the Faculty of Arts in Niš, by prof. PhD Milena Injac, Dean of the Faculty, and for the Local Ombudsman Office by Katarina Mitrovski, Local Ombudsman of the City of Niš, whose goal is to create a trademark of the Office, a graphic symbol as a visual feature of the Office – a competition was held with interested students. . A commission for the selection of the best designed trademark of the Local Ombudsman Office of the City of Niš has been formed, consisting of: Katarina Mitrovski – Local Ombudsman of the City of Nis, Slavica Dragosavac, PhD full professor at the Faculty of Arts, University of Niš for the field of art – Graphic Design, Anita Milić, Associate professor at the Faculty of Arts, University of Niš for the field of art – Graphic Design, Sanja Dević, Associate professor at the Faculty of Arts, University of Niš – Graphic design, and Dragana Stojanović, Head of the Department in the Local Ombudsman Office of the City of Niš. The session of the Commission for the selection of the best designed trademark of the Local Ombudsman Office was held on 28th March 2022, in the premises of the the Local Ombudsman Office, where the work with the highest number of points was chosen and the right to be a trademark of the Local Ombudsman Office, while the next five works with the highest number of points will be displayed in the premises of the Local Ombudsman Office. The Local Ombudsman handed over a Commendation to prof. PhD Milena Injac, Dean of the Faculty of Arts in Niš, for the support and successful cooperation in the implementation of the competition for the selection of the trademark of the Local Ombudsman Office.
