An independent exhibition of Jelena Trajković, Assist. professor at the Faculty of Arts in Niš was opened by curator Dragica Vuković and director Mihailo Petković on Thursday, March 1st, 2018, at 7pm, in the Belgrade Gallery of Sales. On this occasion, the latest series of works united under the title “Whirlpool, life, game – moving pictures – look back” was exhibited.
On the occasion 15 years of existence and work, Trio Anima held another in a series of concerts. The concert “Les Chemins de L’amour” was performed in the beautiful building of the Ban Palace in Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska, on 5thMarch, 2018. The concert guest was cellist Aleksandar Jakovljević.
Students of the Department of Applied Arts have won the first three awards at the Webelinx company competition for the application/game design for mobile appliances.

Mihailo Dašić, Pavle Žarkić and Miloš Vuković, the guitar students in the class of Vesna Petković, MA, won 3 first prizes and 3 gold medals in the guitar category: Instrumental/Adult/Solo//ELITE at “INTERNATIONAL BALKAN MUSIC ARTS & DANCE OLYMPIAD – MEDIANA GRAND CUP 2018.” which was held on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 in Niš National Theater. The work of Nikola Djordjević, a fourth year student of the Department of Applied Arts, Faculty of Arts in Niš, is one of fifty selected works for the exhibition, selected in the student category in the competition of the Second International Poster Competition, on the topic “Writing, the origins of Civilization”.
Anica Radošević Babić, MA, full professor at the Department of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, presented the Faculty of Arts with two-color graphics called “Seed 5” (dried needle technique, 50 x 70 cm, 2017).
