The cycle of webinars for students in the field of audio-visual arts entitled “Art has no boundaries”, organized by the Student Cultural Center Niš in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts in Niš continues with a lecture on “Experiences in graphics/ graphics after the corona” on Student Cultural Center Facebook page as well as Faculty of Arts in Niš fb page, on Thursday, 20^th August 2020, at 5 pm live. The lecture will be given by Karen Kunc, a professor at the University of Nebraska and director of Constellation Studios, a creative center for print, paper and book art in Lincoln, Nebraska, as well as Slobodan Radojković, PhD, a full professor at the Faculty of Arts in Niš.

A lecture on “Innovative approach in clarinet teaching: Modern technologies/ acoustics and interpretation” will be held by Luis Gomes, professor at the Conservatory of the University of Evora in Portugal and MilošMijatović, professor at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, on Thursday, 13^thAugust 2020, at 5 p.m. live on Student Cultural Center Facebook page and Faculty of Arts in Niš fb page as well as Student Cultural Center Academic Choir fb page.

Exhibition of paintings by VladanRandjelović, MA, Assistant professor, entitled “Touch of the surface” was opened in the Contemporary Art Gallery of the National Museum on the Old Promenade in Požarevac.

Works by Paulina Aleksić and Natalija Djordjević, students of the Department of Applied Arts, under the mentorship of Slavica Dragosavac, full professor and Jovana Nikolić, assistant, were selected to participate in the poster exhibition of young designers under the slogan “ALIBI”, the eighth edition of the FLUID design forum in Montenegro.

Works of Miljana Radenković, DA, Assistant, were presented at International Exhibition of GIF Formats entitled “GIF for FUSE” within International Film Festival “FUSE – Film Under Severe Experiment” in Croatia. The exhibition, which is attended by 38 authors from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia, selected in a public competition, is being held on Croatian Home Small Stage in Karlovac. “GIF for FUSE” is a new exhibition format that detrivials the production and use of GIFs in virtual communication, and explores the room for maneuver in the use of various media, tools and approaches in creating original GIFs in the context of cultural and artistic content, according to organizers.

Lecture “Innovations in music projects” will be held by Irina Gerasimova, General Director and Artistic Director of Russian State Musical TV and Radio Center, on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 5 pm live on the Facebook page of the Student Cultural Center Niš and the Faculty of Arts Niš.

Marta Pejčić, a student of the Department of Applied Arts at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, got praise for her work as “pure creativity”, in the competition for a student-designer for the logo of Gudurica village website, within Academic Village project.

Student Cultural Center Niš in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts in Niš presents a series of webinars for students in the field of audio-visual arts called “Art has no boundaries”. The first in a series of webinars will be held by Jefimija Kocić, Assistant at the Department of Applied Arts, on “Education in the digital age: Graphic designer – a modern universal man”, on Thursday, 16^thJuly 2020, at 5 pm live on the Facebook page of Student Cultural Center Niš, as well as the fb page of the Faculty of Arts in Niš.

An exhibition of final works of the students of Master Academic Studies of the Department of Fine Arts will be opened in the Synagogue Gallery, on Wednesday, 8^th July 2020, at 7 p.m. The following students are exhibiting their works: Ivana Dunjić, Nataša Stošić, Sanja Djordjević, Tamara Miladinović and Aleksandra Vuksanović. The gallery is open from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is closed to visitors on Mondays. The exhibition will last until 15^th July 2020.
