Solo concert by Kristina Krsmanović in Italy

Kristina Krsmanović, a final-year flute student in the class of Andjela Bratić, MA held a solo concert accompanied by the Cameroon orchestra “Moldava di Chisinau” under the conductorship of Maurizio Doneso, on 22nd August 2018 in the church of St. George in Karapelle, Italy.

Andjela Bratić, MA, full professor, with piano accompaniment by Dragan Jovanović, MA, associate professor at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, held a full-length concert at the Lyra a Liceului de Artă hall “Sabin Păuţa” within the International Festival “ArteOra” in Romania on Friday 10th August 2018.

Mr Andjela Bratić on a tour in Italy

Andjela Bratić, MA, full professor at the Faculty of Arts, held four recital performings on a tour in Italy, from 29th July to 4th August 2018, at the festivals in Modena, Piombino, Grosetto and San Govania Valdarno with pianist Diane Nokiero.

Andjela Bratić, full professor at the Faculty of Arts, held a full-length concert with the chamber ensemble “Chamber Band” on 27th July 2018, in Jasika, the birthplace of Stanislav Biničko, marking his birth anniversary.

Jefimija Kocić as a participant of IV Art colony “Ugljevik 2018”

Jefimija Kocić, an assistant at the Department of Applied Arts, participates in IV Art colony “Ugljevik 2018”. The opening of the colony is on 23rd July 2018, at 7 pm. JU Center for culture “Filip Višnjić” Ugljevik is the organizer of IV Art colony “Ugljevik 2018”, the Mission Committee of the Diocese of Zvornik – Tuzla is the co-organizer and the Municipality of Ugljevik is the general sponsor of this year’s Colony.

Exhibition “Moodboard” by Slavica Dragosavac, MA in Bulgaria

An exhibition entitled “Moodboard” by Slavica Dragosavac, MA, an associate professor at the Faculty of Arts, was opened on 16th July 2018 at the Alma Mater Gallery, University of St. Kliment Ohridski in Sofia, Bulgaria. Poster works and specific objects of graphic design were exhibited, where the inspirational panel idea was taken over by the gallery space walls. The exhibition will be open until 31st July 2018.

Students Anastasija Kocić and Mihailo Golubović as finalists of LAG festival poster competition in Poland

The works of Anastasija Kocić and Mihailo Golubović, the third year students of the Department of Applied Arts, entered the selection of the first seventeen, at the international poster competition for posters of the Games Summer Academy of the Festival of Art and Independent Games in Poland. Mentor: Slavica Dragosavac, MA, Jovana Nikolić, assistant. The festival took place in the Polish city of Cesin, on 12th and 13th June 2018. The festival co-organizers are the Swedish University of Katowice (Poland), the University of Ostrava (Czech Republic) and the University of Sv. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava (Slovakia).

Graphic exhibition of the Faculty of Arts students in Ćuprija

In the framework of the cooperation between the Faculty of Arts in Niš and the Museum in Ćuprija, “Horeum Margi-Ravno”, lasting for several years, on Friday, 13th July 2018, at 7 pm, an exhibition of graphic sheets of all levels students of the Department of Fine Arts and Department of Applied Arts was opened. After the introductory speech of the Museum director, Novak Novaković, the exhibition was presented to the audience and officially opened by the full professor Bojan Živić, MA. The exhibition will be open until 2nd August, 2018.
