The exhibition of works by the Department of Fine and Applied Arts teachers and associates, on the occasion of marking the 15^th anniversary of the existence and work of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Niš, will be officially opened on Tuesday, 5^th June 2018 in the Fortress Pavilion of the Contemporary Art Gallery. The exhibition will be opened until 16^th June 2018.

Sanja Dević, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Arts, is one of the participants at the exhibition “FLU ALUMNI Design/Design”, in Montenegro. The exhibition was organized by the Faculty of Fine Arts of Cetinje, University of Montenegro, in the framework of this year’s sixth annual FLUID Design Forum Festival. The exhibition was opened on 26^th April 2018 at the Montenegrin Art Gallery “Miodrag Dado Djurić” in Cetinje, and will last until 10^th June 2018.

Helena Ćirić, a master student of the Master of the Department of Applied Arts at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, won III prize at the competition, which “Shake ’n’ Shake” organized on the topic “Colour our bug – Leave a trail on Belgrade streets!” Mentors: mr Slavica Dragosavac, MA, associate professor and Jovana Nikolić, assistant….

Vera Radisavljević, a master academic studies student, in the class of prof. Stevan Spalević, held a solo concert at the Music School “Kornelije Stanković” in Trstenik, on Monday, 4^th June 2018, at 6 pm. The program included the works of Bach, Beethoven, Brahms and Messiaen.

Jefimija Kocić, an assistant in the Spatial Graphics course at Department of Applied Arts, participated in the jury at the International Festival “Creative Spell” in Vrujci Spa. The festival lasted from 25^th May to 26^th May 2018.

The concert of Miloš Vuković, a guitar student in the class of Vesna Petković, MA will be held on Wednesday, 6^th June 2018, at 8 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjaževačka 2a.

Sofija Stajić, a horn student in the class of Milan Stajić, MA will hold a full-length concert with the piano accompanist Melita Benčić on Tuesday, 5^th June 2018, at 8pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjaževačka 2a.

Dušan Čeganjac, an accordion student of in the class of Miljan Bjeletić, MA won two laureates at the International Accordion Festival ” Accordion Fest” (master students’ category), Tivat, as well as at I International Festival ” Accordion Days” in Ugljevik. Congratulations!

Milan Stajić, MA, Assistant professor at the Faculty of Arts, with piano accompaniment by Jovanka Arandjelović, MA, Associate professor at the Faculty of Arts, held a recital on the National Theater Small scene in Kruševac. The program included works by Bujanovski – Scandinavia and Italy – for solo horn, P. Dicka – Vilanella, J. Reinberger – Sonata for horn and piano.

The concert of students from the Department of Accordion in the classes of Miljan Bjeletić, MA and Nikola Peković will be held on Thursday, 31st May 2018, at 8 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjaževačka 2a street.
