The opening of the annual exhibition of works by students of the Department of Visual Arts and the Department of Applied Arts will take place on Friday, 7^th June 2019, at the premises of the Department of Visual Arts (Art School Niš, Prvomajska street no. 6) at noon, as well as in the premises of the Department of Applied Arts (Elementary school Njegoš, Pantelejska street no 60) at 1:30 pm.

At VII International Competition of Music Theoreticians, Pupils and Students “Mihajlo Nikolovski” in Bitola, Northern Macedonia, which was held on 11^th and 12^th May 2019, third year students of the Faculty of Arts achieved significant results. Congratulations!

The work of Milan Nestorović, the third year student of the Department of Applied Arts, was selected for the digital projection of the participants^, works of the international competition for the poster “Summer Academy of Games” of LAG Festival (Festival of Art and Independent Games) in Poland.

Concert of piano students, in the class of Stevan Spalević, Assistant professor, will be held on Tuesday, 28^th May, 2019, at 7 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjazevačka 2a. The entrance to the concert is free. Irina Petković, Nikola Pavlović, Svetlana Stojanović, Ivana Babović and Dunja Djedović will perform.

Concert of complementary piano students, in the class of Milena Rajković, Assistant professor, will be held on Tuesday, 28^th May 2019, at 8 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjazevačka 2a. The entrance to the concert is free. Milan Stanković, Ivona Stojkov, Nikola Savić, Ana Djordjević and Andrea Djukić will perform.

Row. prof. mr Andjela Bratić, MA, full professor, flute and Nikola Cvetković, MAS, Associate, piano, had a great performance for the full-length concert on Friday, 17^th May 2019, in the city of Ćešinj, in Poland.

Jovana Tričković, a complementary piano student, in the class of Nataša Cvetković, Assistant professor, won I prize (92 points, II category) at the student complementary piano competition “Isidor Bajić” in Novi Sad. Congratulations!

Piano students in the class of Stevan Spalević, Assistant professor, won awards at XVI International Piano Competition “Donne in Musica” in Kragujevac, on 18^th May 2019, and also at VI International ULJUS pianist competition, which was held during 9^th -14^th May in Smederevo. Congratulations!

Andrija Mamutović, Assistant professor, held the full-length concerts in Smederevo, 13^th May 2019, as a part of the piano competition in Vranje, 20^th May 2019, within the festival “May as the Month of Music”. The program included works by Haydn, Beethoven and Debussy.

Perica Donkov, MA, full professor participated in the exhibition “80 & 90s -THE RHYTHM DIVINE” of the author’s project ART-ZUM and art critic Ivona Fregl at the Officer^,s Home in Niš, as well as the exhibition “Meetings” at the Arandjelovac Museum, that relies on the thematic lessons of “Uprising as a change”,  by art historian of Bojana Burić from Belgrade.
