Slobodan Radojković, PhD, associate professor at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, was included in this year’s Annual Symposium of Summer Graphic Lithography Workshop, Tamarind Institute of the New Mexico University, USA.

Prof. Radojković will spend four weeks with seven other artists from different countries, attend lectures for professors and students of graphics. The work includes a theoretical and practical part, allowing for the improvement and acquisition of new experiences in the technique of lithography and lithography on aluminum sheets.

Vesna Petković, MA, associate professor at the Faculty of Arts will hold a full-length concert with the piano accompanist Olga Ljahova Petrović, assistant professor at the Faculty of Arts, on Wednesday, 20^th June 2018, at 8 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjaževačka 2a. The entrance to the concert is free.

Exhibition of final works of Master Academic Studies students of the Department of Fine Arts under the title “DIPLOMA 2018” will be opened at the Contemporary Fine Arts Gallery – in the Fortress Pavilion, on Thursday, 21^st June 2018, at 8 pm. The following students will exhibit their works: Jana Mitrovska, Andrijana Antanasijević, Milica Vučinić, Lazar Krpović, Vesna Dimitrijević, Kristijan Filipović, Nevena Ljubenović, Mihailo Todorović, Jelena Milenković and Miloš Drasković.

Dragan Jovanović, MA, associate professor at the Faculty of Arts, will hold a solo concert on Thursday, 21^st June 2018, at 7 pm in the Cultural Center of Vrnjci Spa. The program of the concert will include: M. Tajčević – Seven Balkan Games, B. Bartok – Suite op.14, M. Mussorgsky – Pictures at an exhibition.

On Monday, 11^th June at 7 pm, at the Graphic Collective Gallery in Belgrade, “XII GRIFON – exhibition of selected works from the XII Best Graphic Design Competition in Serbia, the Republic of Srpska and Montenegro in 2016 and 2017 “, was officially opened, where Slavica Dragosavac, MA, Associate Professor and Miljana Radenković, PhD, Assistant at the Department of Applied Arts of Faculty of Arts in Niš. The exhibition will be opened until 30^th June 2018.

Jovan Timilijić, a viola student in the class of Vesna Rilak Stanimirović, will hold a full-length concert with the piano accompaniment of Bojan Mladenović on Tuesday, 19^nd June 2018, at 8 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjaževačka 2a. The program includes works by Bach, Brachms and Schuman. The entrance to the concert is free.

Nikola Cvetković, MAS, artistic associate at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, will hold a full-length concert on Sunday, 24^th June 2018, in Kharkov, Ukraine, at the “Ragnard Reborn” festival, where he will perform tracks from his album “Nikola Cvetković plays KATATONIA”.

Exhibition of final works of Master Academic Studties students of the Department of Applied Arts, under the title “MASTER 2018” will be opened at the Contemporary Art Gallery – in the Fortress Pavilion, on Sunday, 17^th June 2018, at 8 pm. The following students will exhibit their works: Andrijana Antanasijević, Ana Branković, Helena Ćirić, Milena Simić, Milica Kujundžić, Dejan Ristić and Marko Curk.

Tadija Mutavdzić, the 1^st year violin student in the class of prof. Igor Aleksić, MA won I Prize at the 2^nd International Competition of Young Violinists and Pianists “Tartini” in Piran, Slovenia. Congratulations!

An electoral concert by Aleksandar Jakovljević, MA, on the occasion of the Competition for the appointment to the title and the position of an associate or full professor for the Narrow Artistic field – Chamber Music, will be held on Monday, 18^th June 2018, at 6 pm in the Faculty of Arts Concert Showroom, Knjazevačka 2a.
